As a key member of the hotel's revenue management team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, optimizing room rates, and developing effective pricing strategies. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and guest behavior to inform data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing revenue management strategies to maximize hotel profitability
  • Analyzing market data and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align revenue goals with overall business objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting financial performance to senior management

Requirements for this role include:

  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field
  • Proven experience in revenue management, preferably within a similar size and quality hotel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior management
