About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing new and existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure clients receive accurate and technically sound quotations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve profit margins.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and R&D teams to identify new development opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual sales budgets and ensure proposals align with company policies.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage agents to ensure commercial aspects of contracts are executed effectively.
  • Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to stakeholders.
