This position is office-based and operates Monday to Friday. It presents a remarkable opportunity to become part of a thriving family enterprise with ambitious growth prospects and avenues for career advancement.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the responsibilities of this role include:
- Collaborating with the team to manage incoming calls, process orders promptly, and address inquiries efficiently.
- Assisting in order processing, including modifications and adjustments to daily orders, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Providing pre
- and post-sales support to sales representatives, including assistance with quoting.
- Establishing and managing customer website logins and information, along with other website-related tasks as necessary.
- Assisting the finance team in processing invoices from both customers and suppliers. Alongside other finance admin tasks.
- Undertaking additional administrative duties pertinent to a business support executive role.

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
