Salary: Competitive £12.60 an hour, plus monthly bonus and benefits

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Pandora store manager to oversee our sales floor in Guildford. As a key ambassador for our brand, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Monitor store sales figures and achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Handle serious complaints and provide exemplary service to customers
  • Build relationships with customers and adapt your approach to meet their needs

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as key holder and ensure smooth store opening and closure procedures
  • Cash up and reconcile till systems, and assist with administrative duties
  • Operate the till system and handle financial transactions, including returns and exchanges
  • Maintain a safe working environment and follow company security policies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coach a high-performing team
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs
