This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to lead the charge in expanding our client base, fostering deep relationships with key accounts, and solidifying our position as a preferred recruitment partner within the IT sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within our core IT recruitment division.
- Staying abreast of market trends, client needs, and competitive positioning to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborating closely with senior leadership to define quarterly and annual sales goals, driving initiatives to exceed them.
- Evaluating growth opportunities for our Staff Augmentation solution.
The ideal candidate will excel in building and nurturing long-lasting client relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in the IT sector.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading sales efforts for large, high-value accounts, ensuring tailored solutions meet client needs.
- Pursuing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive client outreach.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
Duties include:
- Recruiting, training, and retaining top sales talent, focusing on continuous improvement and professional development.
- Setting clear sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing constructive feedback and coaching to ensure team success.
