Job Overview:

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Lead to join our team. This exciting opportunity will involve managing and developing sales strategies for the Housing Sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers in the sector, including social housing developers, councils, and contractors.

About the Role:

This field-based role requires the ability to generate specifications with social housing developers, councils, and contractors, as well as selling to national builders merchants, regional builders merchants, plumbing and heating merchants, electrical wholesalers, and buying groups.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the housing sector and be able to develop effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve £1m turnover
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers in the housing sector
  • Selling to national builders merchants, regional builders merchants, plumbing and heating merchants, electrical wholesalers, and buying groups

Requirements:

The successful candidate will need to have:

  • A strong understanding of the housing sector and its needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus 20% bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including an electric or hybrid company car.
