Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to improve sales conversion performance, analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for business development.
- Manage Sales Tools and CRM Systems: Manage and maintain sales tools and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, manage the team's sales forecasts and targets.
- Create Sales Performance Metrics: Create sales performance metrics and KPIs to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service through continuous improvement, identify individual training needs and implement personal development plans.
- Develop a Collaborative Team: Develop a collaborative customer-focused team, identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales productivity and performance.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role, demonstrable track record of optimizing sales processes and improving sales performance.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights, proficiency in CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
