Job Title: Sales Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team at MasterMover. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the optimization of our sales operations processes, ensuring efficient and effective support for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to improve sales conversion performance, analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for business development.
  • Manage Sales Tools and CRM Systems: Manage and maintain sales tools and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, manage the team's sales forecasts and targets.
  • Create Sales Performance Metrics: Create sales performance metrics and KPIs to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service through continuous improvement, identify individual training needs and implement personal development plans.
  • Develop a Collaborative Team: Develop a collaborative customer-focused team, identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales productivity and performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role, demonstrable track record of optimizing sales processes and improving sales performance.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights, proficiency in CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
