Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, helping them to build confidence and independence.
  • Manage emergency situations, using your calm and composed demeanor to resolve issues.
  • Contribute to a safe and secure environment, conducting regular checks and reporting any concerns.
  • Organize and participate in social activities, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Maintain accurate records, documenting customer interactions and progress.

Requirements

  • Experience working with vulnerable adults or young people, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work independently, using your initiative and judgment to resolve issues.
  • Basic IT skills, with the ability to use our systems confidently.
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle, for occasional travel.
