Night Concierge

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Night Concierge to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a Night Concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring the security and safety of our residents, and supporting their daily needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Develop positive relationships with customers, helping them to develop life skills and independence.
- Handle emergency and challenging situations, using your skills and experience to resolve issues effectively.
- Go above and beyond to ensure an excellent service is provided to our customers, including organizing social activities and events.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and secure environment, including conducting fire safety checks and ensuring the security of the service.
- Write and update customer notes, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and progress.
- Experience of working with vulnerable adults, including those with mental health needs or substance misuse.
- Previous experience working in a challenging environment, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to use IT systems confidently, including databases and other software applications.
- Driving license and access to a vehicle, with the ability to travel to different locations as required.
