Job Title: Night Concierge

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Night Concierge to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a Night Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and assistance as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining the security and safety of the service, as well as developing good relationships with customers and helping them develop life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers
  • Maintain the security and safety of the service
  • Develop good relationships with customers and help them develop life skills
  • Handle occasional emergency or challenging situations
  • Organize and run social activities, such as film nights
  • Conduct health and safety checks, including fire safety checks
  • Write and update customer notes

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with young people or vulnerable adults, people with mental health needs or substance misuse
  • Previous experience working under challenging circumstances
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to use IT systems confidently
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle
