Night Concierge

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Night Concierge to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a Night Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a welcoming and supportive environment. You will be responsible for developing good relationships with customers, helping them develop life skills, and handling occasional emergency or challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Handle emergency or challenging situations, using your skills and experience to resolve issues effectively.
- Contribute to the overall security and safety of the service, ensuring that customers and staff are protected.
- Write and update customer notes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with vulnerable adults or young people, preferably in a residential setting.
- Previous experience of working in a challenging environment, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to use IT systems confidently, with experience of using software packages and databases.
- Driving license and access to a vehicle, with the ability to travel to different locations as required.
