Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused HR Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing administrative support to the HR team, including handling confidential information and HR documents
* Ensuring the accuracy and proper maintenance of the HR system and all employee records
* Supporting during the onboarding process, including inductions and reference requests
* Managing the HR inbox, responding to internal and external queries
* Processing mileage and expense claims
* Maintaining staff absence records

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience within an administrative or HR function
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively across all levels of an organization
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
