Purdy Contracts Limited, part of Kinovo plc, have an opportunity for a Commercial Administrator, based at our Dereham office, Norfolk.

You will:

- Be responsibility for the back-office support function, validation, reconciliation and commercial administration of the Contract to which you are assigned.
- Monitor completion of jobs against receipt of information (daily) and escalate to the Contracts Manager any event, where information is not received within agreed timescales.
- Contribute to Contract Review Meetings, analyse and report on data from the Company’s in-house systems and participate in the development of relevant procedures and processes or systems to ensure the smooth running of the Contract from a financial aspect.

You will have:

- A full, clean UK driving licence essential should site inspections for bespoke quoting need to be carried out
- Previous experience in relevant sector (Social Housing / Reactive Repairs) in a financial reporting and invoicing capacity.
- Job costings and forecast experience.
- Studying towards, or prepared to study towards a QS qualification.
- Highly numerate and analytical.
- Accurate with excellent attention to detail.
