Job Details

This is a full-time position, working on a night shift basis. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £82 per hour, plus benefits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing person-centred care and support to our residents;
  • Supporting our staff team to perform their duties effectively;
  • Designing, implementing, delivering, and contributing to recreational events within the home and wider community;
  • Participating in care planning and reviews, demonstrating a sound knowledge of nutrition and hygiene;
  • Contributing positively to the training and development of the staff team, including own personal development and highlighting any training needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care;
  • Experience of providing care and support to young adults, ideally those with disabilities, autism, and complex needs;
  • Competent written and oral communication skills, including computer literacy.
