About the Role
- As a representative of HC One, the Front Desk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- The role involves answering telephone calls, taking messages, and handling customer enquiries in a professional manner.
- Responsibilities include signing in and greeting visitors, offering refreshments, and conducting daily walk-rounds to ensure the home's presentation meets company standards.
- The coordinator will also manage customer enquiries, update the income processing system, and provide brochures to interested parties.
- Additional tasks include researching local community groups, updating literature displays, and supporting the Wellbeing Co-ordinator with invitations and newsletters.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor. A keen interest in customer service and a willingness to learn are essential.
