About the Job Description

The Front of House Manager position at HC-One's Lime Tree care home is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and take on a challenging yet rewarding role. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our residents and their families.

You will be working closely with the administration team to manage rotas and timesheets, as well as being the first point of contact for new residents. You will have a knack for building strong relationships and enjoy delivering outstanding customer care.

  • Key Responsibilities: Manage front office operations, respond to customer inquiries, support administrative team with tasks, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to the management team.
  • Requirements: Excellent communication skills, ability to build strong relationships, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
