Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Control Co-ordinator to join our team. Reporting into the Operations Manager, this role involves co-ordinating project activity to support sales opportunities and ensuring accurate reflection of physical activity in our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage programme requirements through customer online portals
  2. Liaise with contractors and quantity surveyors as required
  3. Internal Pricing Enquiries from Procurement through the RFQ process
  4. Detailed equipment and services quotations to end clients
  5. Sales order entry using our ERP software
  6. Month end routines and invoicing including commercial invoices for exporting goods overseas
  7. COP stock conversions and management of vesting agreements
  8. Run daily reports to check all goods have been dispatched as requested
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in project coordination or administration
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office
