About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Service Desk Administrator to join our team in Ballyclare. In this role, you will be responsible for generating, amending, and updating service schedules, as well as managing vehicle and customer databases.
Responsibilities:
- First line of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and interpreting their requirements
- Manage service schedules, including generating updates and sending reminders
- Administer vehicle and customer databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
