Role Overview

As a Sales Development Executive at IBM Apptio, you will play a key role in supporting the Account Executive team to qualify leads and convert them into new business opportunities. You will leverage your skills in digital, product, and consultative selling to engage with incoming leads and connect clients' needs with IBM's solutions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and maintaining your expertise to provide valuable advice to clients.
  2. Reviewing and converting inbound Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Qualified Leads.
  3. Collaborating with Account Executives to create strategies for engaging with cold leads and contacts at target accounts.
  4. Prioritizing qualified leads and supporting IBM Apptio sellers throughout the deal-closing process.
  5. Establishing a strong social media presence for social selling and thought leadership.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • You should possess native or fluent German language skills to a business level.
  • Experience in lead generation and sales development within the tech industry or a complex field is required.
  • A successful track record of consistently meeting targets in fast-paced environments by fostering collaboration.
  • Strong proficiency in digital communication methods.

Annual Compensation

We estimate that this role offers an annual salary of $90,000 - $115,000 based on industry standards and location.
