About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join 3Search as a Customer Acquisition Specialist. You'll be part of a dynamic team that focuses on driving business growth through performance marketing. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing customer acquisition strategies, managing paid advertising campaigns, and analyzing data to optimize ad spend.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a customer acquisition strategy for the brand.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Paid Social and SEM channels.
  • Analyze data to optimize ad spend and improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Paid Social and SEM.
  • Deep understanding of account best practices and attribution methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret data at a granular level and make informed decisions.
