Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Wholesale Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team, working with one of the world's most beloved FMCG companies: Ferrero.

About the Role

As a Wholesale Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with key decision-makers at major Cash & Carry distributors such as Booker, Bestway, Dhamecha, and more. You'll leverage your sales acumen and data analysis skills to identify new opportunities, increase brand visibility, and drive product placement within these strategic accounts.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Cash & Carry customers, fostering a collaborative partnership that benefits both parties.
  • Utilize sales data and market insights to effectively engage with key decision-makers, influencing product listings and order volumes.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities within assigned accounts to expand brand presence and drive sales growth.
Your Skills & Experience

We are looking for a driven individual with a proven track record in business development and customer relationship management. You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills, coupled with a strategic mindset and the ability to analyze data effectively.

  • A passion for building strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development within the wholesale or retail sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
