Field Sales Solutions is a premier field marketing firm. We partner with distinctive brands to enhance sales, boost distribution, and deliver a positive Return on Investment for our clients. While you will be employed by Field Sales Solutions, your role will be dedicated to one of our largest partners, Ferrero.

In exchange for joining us as our Wholesale Business Growth Executive, we offer a competitive salary of £29,480 OTE, along with a Company Car, tablet, mobile phone, and additional benefits.

Ideal Location: RAINHAM / BARKING

Territory: CO2, IG11, IP2, RM12, SS2, SS6

Responsibilities of the Wholesale Business Growth Executive:

Visiting your designated Cash & Carry depots and establishing top-tier relationships to enhance visibility, display, and availability of our clients' brand offerings. Utilizing sales data to approach key decision-makers, effectively engaging and influencing aspects such as listings and orders. Identifying new opportunities within depots to elevate brand presence.

Requirements to be our Wholesale Business Growth Executive:

A strong advocate for the Ferrero Brand portfolio. Proven business development skills, with a focus on customer relationship building. Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management abilities. Strategic thinking and data analysis skills. A track record of demonstrating initiative and achieving results. Demonstrable commercial insight.
