Venn Group is seeking an experienced Head of People and Culture to join a leading Regulatory Body. As a key member of the People Directorate, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire the People Services & Partnering function, developing a high-performing team that delivers strategic business partnering.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and embed a strategic business partnering model, enabling them to deliver their priorities through effective People Planning.
  • Manage Subject Matter Expert leads, responsible for operations of their functions, and expert Employee Relations to lead the review and enhancement of Employee Relations capability.
  • Work with the People Directorate Management Committee to evaluate and improve the employee experience by developing and implementing policies.
  • Lead the review of existing HR systems and technology, recommending improvements, including digital solutions, to support the strategic People agenda.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Extensive senior HR generalist experience in a Public Sector body.
  • Experience of leading an employee relations team with complex casework.
  • Demonstratable experience of leading a HR Business Partnering team.
  • Extensive experience in designing and contributing to People Strategies.
