Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the Quality Team: You will oversee training, performance, and task scheduling to maintain quality across all shifts, providing out-of-hours support for emergencies and balancing team workloads for consistent results.
  • Driving Continuous Improvement: With a keen eye for detail, you will conduct regular reviews to identify trends, address non-conformances, and enhance processes, ensuring the site remains fully compliant.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Proactively tackling any non-compliance issues, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve them swiftly, while managing allergen control and ensuring all products meet specific safety requirements.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
