Job Description
  • Develop and implement holistic corporate tax strategies for owner-managed businesses and listed clients.
  • Work closely with partners and managers to identify tax planning opportunities and undertake specialist technical work.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of Seniors and Trainee Accountants, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
  • Promote the firm's services through local networking events, seminars, and community engagement initiatives.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £60,000, negotiable based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including a fantastic pension holiday allowance and flexible working arrangements.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • ACCA/ACA or CTA qualified with extensive experience in delivering corporate tax advice and solutions.
  • Proven track record of success in a Top 10, top 100, or large independent firm of chartered accountants.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
