Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Advisor to join our team in Galleria Designer Outlet, Hatfield. As a Customer Advisor, you will help us deliver consistently high levels of service to our customers, advising on shoe care, handbags, and accessories to complement a customer's needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Advise customers on shoe care and accessories, achieving daily KPIs in the process
  • Be self-aware, questioning, learning, and taking responsibility for yourself
  • Be a team player, maintaining a friendly, engaging, and positive attitude
  • Support the maintenance of store standards, product placements, and stockroom

Requirements

  • Good availability for weekend and weekday working
  • Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Retail Assistant, or in a Customer Care environment

Pay and Hours

£12.15 per hour (21+), £10.86 per hour (18-20), £9.42 per hour (16-17)

Once you complete the required retail induction PaSS stages, your pay will increase to £12.35 per hour (21+), £11.08 per hour (18-20), £9.63 per hour (16-17)
