Change Manager Opportunity

Artis Recruitment is seeking a skilled Change Manager to join our client's expanding Business Change Team in Bristol City Centre. This hybrid role requires 1-2 days per week onsite with flexibility.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the change management approach and delivery across designated strategic projects and activities.
  2. Support the design, development, delivery, and management of engagements and associated communications in conjunction with the client's communications team.
  3. Conduct change impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify and manage key stakeholders.
  4. Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  5. Support the Project Manager to identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
  6. Consult and coach project teams in change needs.
  7. Support and engage the business across the change programme.
  8. Work with the Project Manager to integrate change management activities into the project plan.
  9. Lead the implementation and embedding of the change.
  10. Track and report issues impacting adoption of change.
  11. Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  12. Support change management across the broader strategic portfolio.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in delivering and embedding a wide range of organizational changes, with a focus on change in technology and strong change management knowledge.
  2. A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
  3. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  4. Experience and understanding of how project management principles apply to change management principles.
  5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Strong stakeholder management experience.
  7. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  8. Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations.
  9. Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
  10. Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
  11. Problem-solving and root cause identification skills.
  12. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
  13. Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
