We are seeking a skilled Business Change Manager to join our Service Transformation Programme on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you will support the Senior Business Change Delivery Manager in delivering business and people readiness outcomes at both programme and project levels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop effective project delivery plans and engage with stakeholders to ensure successful project governance and status reporting.
- Work collaboratively with business and project leads to articulate vision, case for change, and key messages, and coach and support on dissemination and addressing resistance.
- Engage and align key business leads, build their understanding of planned changes, and prepare them for go-live and beyond.
- Complete early business impact analysis and share impacts to build understanding for business and project team colleagues.
- Develop a communications approach and plan, and support the development and delivery of communications assets working with the Readiness Network and Internal Communications colleagues.
- Complete business impact analysis and use it as input to develop the go-live approach for new services, and develop a transition checklist/plan for go-live.
- Engage with training teams for planning and design of training and user support activities, develop the end-user support approach, and assist in the setup and running of support channels and routines.
- Strong business and people readiness skills, including principles, methods, and tools.
- Experience leading and delivering readiness activities on IT-enabled change projects.
- Organised and methodical in approach to planning, with experience of delivering end-to-end at a project level, leading readiness activities for specific projects, problem-solving, and working flexibly responding to changing demands.
- Experience delivering readiness activities for technology change based on waterfall and agile approaches.
- Ability to multitask across activities and projects.
This role is based in Bristol head office, BS1 5HL, and is a 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer a hybrid flexible working pattern to enable you to work from home and come into the office (minimum of 2 days per week).
