Job Description: Community Care Associate
Hourly Rate: £12.70 - £19.05 per hour
Work Schedule: Flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings

Job Responsibilities:
- Visit clients in their own homes, providing essential support with daily living tasks
- Develop low-level clinical skills through training and mentorship
- Encourage social interaction and engagement among clients
Requirements:
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license (essential)
- Good professional and personal references
- Ability to pass Enhanced DBS/PVG checks, Right to Work, Reference, and Employment History checks
