We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. In this role, you will be providing support to our clients in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.
- Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing and toileting
- Assisting with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Preparing meals and snacks for our clients
- Accompanying clients on outings and activities
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Delivering high-quality care to our clients, meeting their individual needs and preferences
- Working collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care
- Maintaining accurate records of client care and activities
- Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions
- A caring and compassionate nature, with a desire to make a positive difference in people's lives
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
- Valid driving licence, with access to own transport (desirable)
- Previous experience in care or a related field (desirable)
