About the Role

We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. In this role, you will be providing support to our clients in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.

  • Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing and toileting
  • Assisting with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Preparing meals and snacks for our clients
  • Accompanying clients on outings and activities
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality care to our clients, meeting their individual needs and preferences
  • Working collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care
  • Maintaining accurate records of client care and activities
  • Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
  • A caring and compassionate nature, with a desire to make a positive difference in people's lives
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Valid driving licence, with access to own transport (desirable)
  • Previous experience in care or a related field (desirable)
