About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with their daily needs, including medication, meal support, personal care, and socialising. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in low-level clinical skills and work towards training in more complex care.

We offer a variety of shifts to suit your lifestyle, and you will be paid the National Minimum Wage for all attended training sessions and shadow shifts. Some of the benefits we offer include a pension scheme, Blue light card, and Enhanced Maternity/Paternity and Adoption schemes.

Key Requirements
  • A driver's licence is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good professional and personal references

We require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
