**About the Role**
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced paramedic to join our team at Burlington Primary Care. As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.
">The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five 9-4 (A*-C) grade GCSEs and a degree in paramedic science or practice, with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). You should have experience in a busy primary care setting and be able to identify own learning needs.
">In this role, you will promote and take responsibility for your own professional development, working autonomously within your professional boundaries and taking responsibility for your own learning and promoting evidence-based practice through the use of the latest research-based guidelines and the development of practice-based research.
">**Key Responsibilities**
">- Examine undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems, making use of skills in history-taking, physical examination, problem-solving and clinical decision-making to diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions.
- Prioritise health problems and intervene appropriately to assist patients in complex, urgent or emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate and contemporaneous records, utilising computer systems where appropriate and consider the Caldecott Principles in relation to all data handling.
**What We Offer**
">Burlington Primary Care offers a competitive salary of £35,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer six weeks' holiday plus bank holidays, membership to the NHS pension scheme with employer contribution, monthly well-being staff events, and a range of other benefits.
