We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As a Home Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

You will be responsible for delivering personal care and support to our customers in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely. This role requires a high level of empathy and understanding, as well as excellent communication skills.

As a Home Care Assistant with Bluebird Care, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you succeed in your role. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including competitive pay rates (£12-£18 per hour), paid mileage (35p per mile), and a pension scheme.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a full and valid UK driving licence, as well as excellent English language skills. You will also need to be able to work flexibly and provide care and support to our customers at short notice.
