Job Title: Care Provider Assistant
Location: Ipswich
Estimated Salary: £11,440 per annum
The role of the Care Provider Assistant is to support our residential team in delivering high-quality care to our residents. As a key member of the housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the home, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
We are looking for an individual who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve this goal. You will have good attention to detail and a high standard of hygiene, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities. A comprehensive induction and training programme will be provided to support your development within the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of communal areas and resident rooms
- Preparing vacant rooms for viewings and admissions
- Working collaboratively with the housekeeping team to maintain high standards
- Providing excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and colleagues
