We are seeking a Personal Care Associate Specialist to join our team, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and preferences
  • Develop personalized care plans to meet clients' requirements
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance with daily living activities
  • Monitor client progress and report any concerns or changes to the management team

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or a related field (desirable)
  • Previous experience in a care-related role (essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
