Psychology Teacher Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Psychology educator to join a dynamic faculty in a secondary school. Progress Teachers Ltd specializes in providing exceptional teaching professionals like you.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for teaching Psychology to secondary school students, emphasizing practical applications and theoretical foundations. This will include developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific inquiry skills in students.

As part of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans that cater to diverse learning needs. You will also maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement, providing constructive feedback to enhance student growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach Psychology to secondary school students, focusing on practical applications and theoretical foundations.
  • Support students in developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific inquiry skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans tailored to diverse learning needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement, providing constructive feedback to enhance student growth.
Requirements:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)
  • Proven experience in teaching Psychology at A level or equivalent
  • Strong references highlighting your teaching ability and passion for Psychology
  • DBS registered on the online update service
Estimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $65,000 per annum, dependent on experience
