About the Role:
\We are seeking a dedicated Child Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Monarch Education. In this role, you will be working with children and young people who have been impacted by adverse childhood experiences.
\Job Description:
\As a Mental Health Support Professional for Young People, you will be involved in providing one-to-one support to pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and complex needs. You will work closely with the class teacher to ensure that the appropriate support is in place for the students.
\Required Skills and Qualifications:
\To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience supporting pupils in a school or alternative setting, particularly those with SEND and complex needs. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
