Mental Health Specialist

We are recruiting a Family Therapist to work within our clients' Family Safeguarding Mental Health Team in the West Midlands. As a Therapist for Adults and Children, you will engage with adults with significant and complex needs, focusing on their mental health and well-being.
Key Requirements- Clinical provision experience, including assessment, formulation, and time-limited evidence-based interventions.
- Ability to identify the most appropriate form of mental health/psychological intervention for individuals.
- Experience working with a range of therapeutic models, including trauma-informed CBT, DBT, EMDR, functional family therapy, and systemic family therapy.
The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of the impact of parental mental health upon children and young people and be able to provide specialist psychological advice and guidance.
Salary: £35 per hour. We offer a range of benefits, including enhanced DBS and access to our Employee Benefits Programme.
