We're seeking an experienced Crisis Response Specialist to join our Emergency Duty Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in responding to urgent adult social care issues, including safeguarding, Mental Health Act assessments, and homelessness applications that arise out of hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide an appropriate response to all emergency referrals to the adult social care department outside normal working hours, including urgent safeguarding referrals.
- Respond to referrals of homelessness out of normal working hours, providing emergency accommodation where necessary.
- Undertake assessments under the Mental Health Act as an AMHP.
You'll be working autonomously, making independent decisions and taking initiative to ensure the best possible outcomes for our community members.
