Recruitment Hound Ltd is seeking an accomplished Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the Solar & Electrical Installations sector, with a working knowledge of Solar solutions, including EV, Panels, and Battery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and generating leads, as well as converting them into sales. They will work closely with the Directors to ensure client projects are delivered on time and to budget.

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

  • Previous sales experience within the Solar & Electrical Installations sector
  • A working knowledge of Solar solutions, including EV, Panels, and Battery
  • The ability to converse with clients in the commercial build sector
  • The skills to take detailed sales briefs, prepare quotes, and conduct sales pitches
  • A willingness to work from our Bristol office and commute to clients in the Bristol, Gloucestershire, and Somerset region

A strong networker with a good understanding of the sector in the UK is essential. The ideal candidate will have a client relationship-building approach and the confidence to convert sales into high revenue deals.
