Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales team at System Recruitment Careers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing business accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

We offer a competitive salary of £45k - £50k per annum, plus a car allowance and sales bonus.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing existing business accounts and developing new business opportunities.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our existing clients.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Working closely with our sales team to develop and implement strategies to drive growth.
  • Contributing to the development of our sales strategy and tactics.
  • Working closely with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of the metal fabrication industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of success in business development, sales, and account management.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
