Children\u2019s Team Manager Opportunity

Entrust Social Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Children\u2019s Care Leavers Team as a Team Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload, conducting assessments, and working closely with other professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of complex child protection cases
  • Conduct thorough assessments and risk assessments
  • Liaise with other professionals, including police, health, and education
  • Develop and implement effective care plans
  • Provide supervision and support to team members

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in a Children\u2019s Social Work team
  • Registered with the HCPC and DBS clearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
