About the Role

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is looking for a highly skilled Children's Social Work Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing and delegating the workload of the team, providing decision-making, direction, and professional supervision to support staff.

Main Responsibilities

  • Organize and delegate the workload of the team, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing bureaucracy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of social work interventions, promoting best practice and continuous learning.
  • Conduct regular caseload reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in social work.
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Recent managerial experience in a children's services setting.
  • Significant frontline experience in child protection and safeguarding.
