New Build Mortgage Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Consegna Talent. As a New Build Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for arranging mortgages for customers who have purchased new builds or plots. Your goal will be to secure the best possible mortgage for each customer based on their individual circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with developers to complete mortgage applications efficiently
  • Ensure appointments are attended promptly after being booked by mortgage qualifiers
  • Provide expert advice on mortgage options to customers
Requirements:
  • Whole-of-Market Mortgage Advisor experience (large panel advisors considered)
  • Solid insurance advice experience, including life insurance
  • 1-2 years' experience as a Mortgage Advisor (new build experience preferred)
  • Clean driving license and access to a car
  • Clean credit file
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
