Key Responsibilities- Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, providing accurate product and criteria information to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with Account Managers to drive sales, ensuring KPIs are met, and providing regular feedback on market trends.
- Identify intermediary needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings.
- Support Account Managers with administrative tasks, including mailboxes and CRM management.
- Promote a professional image of the company, delivering a positive broker experience throughout the Broker journey.
- Manage new and existing relationships, promoting company products and services, and immersing yourself in the policies, procedures, and culture of Together.
- Telephone Sales experience with a Mortgage Lender or Mortgage Broker.
- Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and managing inboxes.
- Exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
