Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Key Account Growth Manager to join our team at Ascension Executive Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts across Europe, working closely with station and regional teams to drive commercial growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth with key accounts.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers, understanding their needs and requirements.
  3. Work closely with sales teams to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any major issues that may arise with key accounts.
  5. Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and insights.
  6. Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and increasing revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
