A residential adaptations specialist is required to manage the financial aspects of construction projects for a leading provider in social care and housing solutions. The successful candidate will prepare detailed cost estimates, monitor project costs, and develop tender documents.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • RICS or CIOB membership
  • Proven experience working in quantity surveying roles

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of the DFG framework, building regulations, and health & safety standards for disabled adaptations, as well as excellent communication and IT skills.

Salary: £52,000 per annum
