Brook Street UK is a dynamic and established provider of specialist social care services. We are seeking an experienced Residential Adaptations Project Manager to join our team and work on meaningful projects involving home adaptations funded through the Disability Facilities Grant (DFG).
Salary: £44,500 - £56,000 per annum.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing quantity surveying tasks for residential adaptations and housing projects. This will include ensuring compliance with the DFG framework, building regulations, and health & safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and be able to provide accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets.
