Job Description

Brook Street UK seeks a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage quantity surveying tasks for residential adaptations and housing projects. This role offers an attractive salary range of £44,500 - £56,000 per year.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project budgets to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations, health & safety standards, and industry codes.
  • Providing clear and concise technical information to stakeholders, including disabled clients and their families.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Preferred RICS or CIOB membership.
  • Experience in quantity surveying roles, particularly in residential adaptations, housing projects, or DFG-funded schemes.
  • Strong understanding of relevant frameworks, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
