Construction Manager for Home Adaptations

To be successful in this role as a Construction Manager for Home Adaptations, you will require:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Professional Accreditation: RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building) membership preferred
- Proven experience in quantity surveying roles, preferably in residential adaptations, housing projects, or DFG-funded schemes
